Booking Policies

Cancellation Policy

The online booking is only for personal booking. For group, please give us a call.

We require that our customers give us a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a weekday appointment, 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel for weekend appointments, and 72 hours notice for parties of 3 or more guests. Cancellations without these notices will incur full charge of reserved services. In some cases, we can change an appointment time within the next two to three days, only if a customer cannot give notice within the aforementioned time limits.

A group from 3 people or more please call us to make an appointment and deposit.

Late Policy

After 5 minutes of being late you will be given a courtesy phone call. After 10 minutes have passed we will cancel your appointment and take the next walk-in. please arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment to check-in and pick out your colors and prepare for your services. 

Gratuity and Payment

Gratuity is not included in the price of any Treatments. We accept all major credit cards and cash. Cash tips are preferred.

All sales are final, no exchange or refunds are allowed except require by law.

Gift cards are not refundable for cash.
